Business Coaching. That is more than a mouthful because it denotes two very important principles. The first principle is that Apart from vision, my people perish, the second is In the multitude of councilors, there is wisdom. I would like to focus on the second principle and that is the word WISDOM. Wisdom in its purest form is defined as Knowledge Applied. We can know a lot about everything and never discover the meaning the meaningful directions and applications that it could provide. Recently, I attended a CEO Conference that was hosted by Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA and the central focus was a very succinct question, What's Next?. This evokes a hunger in the upper ranks of corporate management who in a lot of cases are running out of answers and they are even questioning the questions? Tried and true business principles and acumen have been ROCKED over the last few years and to some degree getting back to Basics seems to be the order of the day. Enter, the Millennials! The largest birth generation in history and without a doubt the most knowledgeable due to the advent of the global internet and along these lines they know alot but they are not acting upon it, especially when it comes to the formation of small businesses to replace the ranks of the Baby Boomer business era which is rapidly dissipating as we speak. Today, I have with me a Business Coach and while he is a young man, he is an author, speaker which means his words are being listened to with great enthusiasm and acceptance.
