Translation, those who ignore history are destined to repeat it! Enter, the Pandemic! On March 11th, 2020, a storm hit the world and it is still thundering in the distance as new so called variants are rearing their ugly heads and menacingly threatening to Shut Down the world again! One of the most embattled, if not the most impacted market sector of the Small Business Community at large is the Restaurant Industry. They have not only encountered a Virus known now as Covid19 but they have had to contend with the aftermath and fallout of those who think they know best in the offing.
