Financial Wellness Initiative . . . A New Employee Benefit

Eduk8tshon. I purposely misspelled the word education largely because since March 3, 2020, it has been largely absent from our society due to the current COVID19 Crisis. Human Capital. A term that I have seen and heard numerous times to express a word that has been formerly known as EMPLOYEE. Small Business in America is still the largest EMPLOYER of our total workforce and the value of this critical element of a business infrastructure seems to be largely LOST due to the political diatribe of measuring a politicians effectiveness by tracking the numbers of new jobs created during their tenure of service to this nation. The value of an EMPLOYEE to a business is far beyond just a numerical statistic, its is VITAL to the business because it represents the face, voice and wherewithal of that enterprise. Today, my guest has taken a different approach to engaging the employee workforce with a system that brings about financial wellness at employee levels that makes a difference!
