Empathy, it is a HUGE word. The short definition to this word is, Stepping Into The Other Person's Shoes. Easy to say, hard to do! Having owned several companies in my life, I was always faced with finding the right person for the JOB, that I had a vacancy to fill and the countless applications that I reviewed is a large blur in my mindset because there is an old saying that states Looks Good On Paper But Does the Data Reflect The True Person?.There are countless books in the Human Resources world today that instruct employers in the How To of filling positions from a roster of openings and this is done each and every day. Job's are plentiful in America today but the American seeking that job has undergone some changes during these last two years and it has not been all that positive The mindset of the average worker today is that it's all slanted in their favor because of the shortage of qualified workers and most importantly the motivation factor of that worker once they get the job! Today I will be interviewing an author of a recently released book that is receiving very high compliments and stature on Amazon presently. This book is geared to help the employee have all the proper tools to get the best job that he can possibly achieve. Tools are important in your life and this book provides the necessary ones for not only the employee to get the right fit but the employer to fulfill his open slot to the best of both of their abilities and aspirations.
