How Do You Overcome Challenges to Your Forward Momentum?

Maintaining forward momentum involves consistent effort and strategic planning to keep progressing toward your goals. But challenges do come. Challenges like fear, depletion, or chronic pain – to name a few. When you’re feeling depleted, you might have to regroup —small, consistent steps, even at a slower pace, can still keep you moving forward. On today’s show, Rebecca will talk with Candace Taylor, a go-getter who has learned to live with chronic pain. She shares some of her journey into resilience and her experiences with faith in the midst of challenge.

Candace Taylororiginally from Ohio, graduated from Georgia State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science. In 2016,she faced the challenge of a Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) diagnosis. Through her struggle with chronic pain, fueled by her faith in God, she creatively redefined CRPS as "Conqueror Rising Past Storms," embodying resilience. As a devoted servant leader, Candace has positively impacted many lives through her administrative and volunteer roles in conferences, events, the Healthy Explosion program, and singing on the worship team.
