Episode Description

What does it look like to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and courage?

In this episode, Dr. Stephanie Duguid sits down with Dr. Sarah Porter for an engaging conversation about the role communication plays in shaping trust, culture, and performance. Together, they explore why difficult conversations matter, how healthy boundaries strengthen leadership, and what it takes to repair trust when relationships or workplace dynamics become strained.

Sarah also shares a powerful reminder that many of us could bring a little more audacity into our work and leadership. This conversation will encourage you to speak more clearly, lead more intentionally, and make the shifts needed to create healthier relationships and stronger cultures.

Listen in for practical insight on communication, boundaries, trust, courageous leadership, and creating culture on purpose.
