HIV/AIDS, There is a Safe and Effective Treatment & also a Cure?

We are told that HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) is a virus that attacks the body’s immune system. We are told that if HIV is not treated, it can lead to AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome). We are told there is currently no effective cure. Once people get HIV, they have it for life. We are told with proper medical care; HIV can be controlled.
