Middle East could be the one.The region has rare combination of its enormous oil and gas reserves, large and skillable labor force, along with the large sovereign wealth funds in some of the countries.The prosperous Middle East governments also have an opportunity to play major roles within the World Bank and the IMF for the ongoing reform efforts.
