Leadership in 21st Century Part 3,

Listen to Dr Johri from Oxford in discussions with Oxford cohorts on Leadership. In the hyper dynamic 21st century Leadership is taking a new shape. Has it become too multidimensional? Will it be inclusive, collaborative and service to individuals, for good of the society and the environment? Will it be more focused on relationships then being directive in its approach? Top down hierarchical leaders will need to change their approach. Leaders may not be able to delegate the responsibilities for communication, creating diversity, and drive innovation. Leaders will be required to break down the walls and create open communication. 21st century has social media in full bloom and people want to be engaged in two way open conversation. The leaders will need to respect people and allow creation of communities where they take over the role of facilitator instead of being its head.
