Valentine’s Day celebrates love. But what happens when your special Valentine has died? Each year approximately 700,000 women join the ranks of over 11 million widows in the United States. Dr. Connie, herself a widow for the past 2 ½ years, welcomes in studio her special group of friends she lovingly calls, “The Girls in the (widow)Hood” to share the painful lessons they learned from losing their husbands.
