Leadership In Action

Drs. Greenberg and Nadler are into their 3rd year on Voice America. They will explore their focus for 2011 and will look back at 2010 highlights of the best and worst leadership in action. They will unpack some of the key components on how leaders succeed and fail. Looking through the lenses of Emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology and Happiness they will examine how the person of the Year Mark Zuckerberg rates on Emotional Intelligence leadership and identify any derailers. What competencies did the Chilean miners use to use survive for almost 3 months 2300 feet below the ground.
