Herb Stevenson is President/CEO of the Cleveland Consulting Group, Inc., where he focuses on organizations that recognize that business is more than a problem to be solved. He is going to talk to us about his innovative program of working with Co-Presidents, where the synergy of one plus one equals three. He will describe his process for us which can also help you in your collaboration with peers and partners. Herb has designed and successfully led large system changes including the turnaround of nine failing financial institutions as well as supported executives in massive reorganization planning and implementation processes. He specializes in executive development and succession planning. Herb is on the professional staff/faculty of the post-graduate Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, where he teaches in both the clinical and the organizational centers. He is the chair of the post-graduate faculty of the Executive & Organization Development Becoming an Effective Organizational Intervener.
