Graham Windham's Strategic Approach to Internal Leadership Development

Join us for this interview with Sharmeela Mediratta, LCSW, Vice President for Community-Based Services and Kimberly (Kym) Hardy Watson, Vice President of Prevention, Foster Care & Adoption Services at Graham Windham to learn how they work together as part of a wider strategy to cultivate the development of Graham’s leaders through the Directors Network, an intra-agency approach to equip and support Graham's emerging and developing directors. Sharmeela earned her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MSW from Columbia School of Social Work, and Kym holds a Bachelors degree from Fordham University and a Masters degree in Public Administration from Baruch College.
