It is About Transformation and Real Change

Join several leaders from the nonprofit human serving sector who will discuss their respective organizations transformation efforts. Through the transitioning of their operating model, they are making a transformational shift towards more home- and community-based models which are evidence-based. These organizations have transitioned from traditional residential care to a new model that emphasizes a child- and family-centered values approach. Leaders will discuss and share how their transformational efforts have been trenched and rooted in evidence-based and/or evidence-informed services; how their efforts feature a child- and family-centered approach and values orientation; and how the transformation have assisted in building a community service array that includes residential treatment as a part of the continuum of care.
