We are constantly bombarded with outside forces that disrupt our peace. Whether it's a series of events, behavior of others, or our own life challenges, we feel tired, emotionally exhausted, and at risk of losing ourselves in chaos and drama. How do we get to a place of peace? A powerful quote by Saint Francis de Sales reminds us of our responsibility to preserve our peace, "Never be in a hurry, do everything quietly and in a calm spirit. Do not lose your inner peace for anything whatsoever, even if your whole world seems upset". This is a tall order but central to our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Reclaim your power and return to your natural state of peace, love and joy by: Getting quiet, Setting your intention for peace, Moving into Stillness, Anchoring in divine love, and Dwelling in peace. Life is your epic journey. How will you choose to travel? Inner peace brings so many positive emotions and rewards. It is not escaping from problems but gives us clarity, understanding and coruage to gain a new perspective. It enables us to accept life as it comes, engage in authentic self-expression and fully participate in all facets of life. From a peaceful heart free of anxiety, confusion and worry, divine love flows. There is victory in peace and we should aim for this in all life circumstances with the realization that all is happening for our own spiritual evolution. Make peace with yourself and you will make peace with all that manifests in your life. Be grateful and know all is well!

Our Love In Action Practice is to take time to free yourself from external noise and distractions. Take time to be at peace with yourself. Throughout the day take well needed emotional breaks and respites for peace. Get quiet, set your intention for peace, move into stillness. Feel the peace radiating from within. Affirm, I Am Peace. Feel the flow of peace encircling your inner being and radiating outward into the world. Be present in this moment of peace. Revisit this place and be restored with peace throughout the day.
