HOW TO CELEBRATE YOURSELF
What does it feel like when you celebrate yourself? What dreams have you realized? How do you rejoice in your accomplishments?
We often celebrate after reaching significant milestones at particular points in time or waiting until we achieve some distant future goal, without realizing the small steps taken that move us forward on our life's journey. The marks of celebration can be at any time and every day for any good reason in the process of self-discovery. Through transitional phases of our lives such as health challenge, relationship changes, or geographic moves, we may become so immersed in the challenge without recognizing how much we have overcome. Feel into the energy of celebration and triumph in your victory of personal growth, resilience and fulfillment.
