She leads 2,500 logistics experts across Canada and has strengthened executive diversity by increasing female representation from 15% to 50%. With over a decade at Kuehne+Nagel, she has held key leadership roles including Vice President of Sales and Marketing, President of Nacora NA overseeing insurance across Mexico, the US, and Canada, and Chief Executive Officer for Nacora and GFH Canada, and was the first female regional executive for Kuehne+Nagel NA.
She has earned multiple awards including Great Place to Work certifications, Best Workplace recognitions, and the Women of Inspiration 2025 Women in Power Award. She holds a Political Science degree from the University of Waterloo, CIP and CCLP designations, and completed Cranfield University's Senior Leader Executive program.
