60 Second Resilience

Resilience is the ability to “bounce back” quickly from a challenge, setback or trauma. The key here is...quickly. Most of the time, when a challenge shows up in our life, we are going to be able to move through it and return to a state of balance. Return to a state of being grounded. Return to a state of being centered.
