A Fresh Start

We all have great expectations for accomplishing new dreams and goals. Yet, many lose momentum and motivation along the way. How do we get past this point and get the results we intended? LaChelle Adkins, a Life Strategist shares a strategy called “Fresh” start which can be used at any time when we are feeling stuck. This strategy uses the acronym Fresh to tackle 5 areas: fear as fuel, re-frame your story, envision your accomplishments, support system/tribe, healing and recovery. These areas work to dive deep into the root cause of our limiting beliefs and help us to question why we respond to obstacles in the manner in which we do. Most often when we get with a coach we are in a position to notice the patterns that we have that may not be beneficial to moving us forward.
