Creating Cultural Change

Creating Cultural Change
Organizations, at their core were never built for change. They were built around the ideology of control. That is why deep change is almost always the product of crises. The victims within an organization’s status quo will continually find hundreds of ways to slow walk and sabotage cultural change reforms. We need to change the way organizations change so that it is ahead of the curve and not the product of crises. Organizations need to be open and transparent. We can begin this change process by identifying the willing coalition of revolutionary change leaders from within the various organizational teams. The fundamental change needed within companies must move them from a management model to an authentic leadership and emotional intelligence developmental process. It needs to be implemented as a systematic, experiential process with the main focus being on actions and results. Learn to create cultural change masterofbusinessleadership.libsyn.com/
