How To Become A Concentric Leader

Developed a model of leadership and success entitled “Concentric Leadership”. In essence, it elevates the importance of starting with the self—and then working outwards in concentric circles from there. Too often, people attempt to change the world before they have worked on themselves and their own internal dynamic. The problem with that is the fact that we carry our own personal pain and struggles into our businesses and interactions with people within those relationships.
