Influence is about our ability to have an effect on others. As nothing in this world of great significance is ever achieved by one person entirely alone then influencing skills are a critical success factor. In business they are essential to winning new clients, success at job interviews, influencing the media, building great network contacts etc. On this show we have two people who have experienced great success from effective influencing.
