Eddie Goodman started the Conflict Resolution Support Team (CRST) Safe Schools Program in California schools to keep kids safe, instill positive discipline and provide structure, and then creatively got funding to add mentoring. He created the Earn Our Trust app to promote African American owned businesses making a positive community impact. Ela Badura, a certified spiritual healer, relationship coach, and author of Stay in the Marriage or Let It Go, empowers people who are ‘pushovers’ to take their power back. When Ela put her vision board dreams on a Christmas tree, her “light dreams” came true, including a surprising talent for song writing.
