Ep. 1: Human Trafficking and Ep. 2: Sexual Sovereignty

Ep. 1: Human Trafficking and Ep. 2: Sexual Sovereignty
Kathryn interview Nita Belles, author of “In Our Backyard: Human Trafficking in America and What We Can Do to Stop It”. Freedom Stickers, with the toll-free number and text of the National Human Trafficking Hotline, are placed in public restroom stalls providing victims a pathway to freedom at a moment when the traffickers control is at its weakest. Nita Belles is featured on USA Today, CNN and FOX. Kathryn also interviews author Saida Desilets PhD. Harvey Weinstein and Louis CK did not respect it. And women who are now coming forward about their sexual abuse at the hands of these men are only now claiming it. It’s their sexual sovereignty - the right to control their own sexual and physical fate - not subject to the demands, control or perversion of others. Dr. Desilets, a victim of a violent rape that nearly cost her life, put her on the path of researching ways women could use their minds, bodies and spirits to create richer lives through their sensual selves.
