'Living Large' and 'Navigating the Single Life'

Kathryn interviews corporate strategist Elizabeth B. Crook, author of “Living Large: The Achiever’s Guide to What’s Next”. Although many people may be unhappy with key aspects of their lives, they are often unclear over what changes they need to or want to make. Crook provides a process for not only identifying limiting beliefs, but discovering unique talents and developing a concrete plan for reaching life aspirations, helping high-achieving individuals find fulfillment. Kathryn also interviews Tonia DeCosimo, author of “Single and Not Settling: A Journey of Surviving the Dating World. In 1960, 60% of all Americans were married by the age of 29. That number is now down to 20%. Single and Not Settling is DeCosimo’s memoir of her journey through the dating world. DeCosimo writes for the Date Mix, the web magazine hosted by Zoosk.com, one of the largest dating sites in the US. DeCosimo is featured in Thrive Global and The Huffington Post.
