Kathryn interviews Bill Proudman, co-founder of White Men as Full Diversity Partners. Post-election, the US is more divided and polarized than ever. Many are now calling for significant cultural shifts in wake of Mr. Trump’s win – a statement that some say is influenced by corporate America: there are just 5 black CEOs and 23 female CEOs on the Fortune 500 list for 2015. Proudman and WMFDP have worked with Lockheed Martin, Coca-Cola, Starbucks, Microsoft, NASA, and many other companies to create sustainable and inclusive work cultures. Kathryn also interviews Rich Garon PhD, author of the novel “Felling Big Trees” about a disgraced Congressman as he turns to the American heartland to find. Garon received both his M.A. and Ph.D. in Politics from New York University and began a career on Capitol Hill that lasted more than 25 years - the last six of those years serving as Chief-of-Staff for the Committee on International Relations in the U.S. House of Representatives.
