Getting to know your co-hosts Steve and Ernie

What better way to get to know your co-hosts than to have their producer interview them as they launch their radio show, The Leader's Edge! Steve and Ernie brought in their Senior Executive Producer, Tacy Trump, and conducted a fireside chat with compelling questions, like who they are, stories about their passion, and how they met. And shared some of the internal battles that they went through in making a decision to become talk show radio hosts. But that's not all, the whole purpose of this launch is to share their mission and vision for personal and leadership growth. Steve and Ernie shared that their mission is: We want to attract, motivate, inspire, and add value to aspiring leaders and/or seasoned leaders, who will in turn multiply value to others. We want to be a catalyst for the transformation of these leaders to change the world around them! The vision is to bring light into everything that a leader has to face behind closed doors in order to become the leader they're destined to be. And these are the doubts, struggles, pains, frustrations, fears, and even failures that they may need to overcome. Steve and Ernie wanted The Leader's Edge to be raw, honest, and authentic to their specific audience and to make known that vulnerability is welcomed and an indication of courage in our world.
