Rising to the Sun… A very simple yet powerful concept started by the inspiring Thao Nguyen. Thao who was born and raised in Vietnam decided to break the norms of her culture and devoted her life to coaching. She experienced the impact of coaching first-hand and wanted to introduce it to others despite the questions and the doubts inflicted by her own family and friends at first. With her persistence and partnership with two of her friends, Gein Academy was founded. Today Gein Group is making an impact around the world, has helped and trained 20,000 coaches, and is still expanding.
