Debra J. Parent, PHR, SHRM-CP, CHHR, is a highly credentialed human resources professional with an MBA from Husson University and a BS in Human Resources from UMass Dartmouth. She holds six national certifications, including Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Certified in Healthcare Human Resources (CHHR) through the American Hospital Association, SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Certification, HRCI Talent Acquisition Certification, and a Certified Coaching Certification. Debra serves as a member of the UMass Dartmouth Charlton College of Business Advisory Board and is a former Human Resources Management Professor at UMass Dartmouth and Bristol Community College. She is actively involved in several professional organizations, including NEHRA, SHRM, Provisors, My Pinnacle, and Worthy Circles.
