Elizabeth's story is for anyone who walks with grief and love in their heart, for all who are in need of hope and renewal in their lives, and for those who are open to the possibility that every day can be a new beginning. This episode will explore the messages she received about forgiveness, karma, self-love, and finding meaning in loss, as well as the profound impact those messages have had on her life.

Elizabeth Denison is an emerging poet, author, and Wellness Educator. Her transformational memoir, Shawnan Spirit Speaks: Love is the Forever Adventure, will be released in Fall of 2026 by Merry Dissonance Press. Her passion is for weaving the gifts of presence and intuitive witnessing into words to unite the visible and invisible worlds. When not writing, she may be found with the horses, on the pickleball court, hiking the Northern California coastal trails, singing, weaving or enjoying her second childhood with her husband and grandchildren.
