Leadership Rhode Island

In the first half Patricia interviews Ross Reck,author, consultant and speaker in the areas of sales. He will discuss his book Turning You Customers into Long-Term Friends which describes the Secret Sauce that Guarantees Repeat and Referral Sales, 100% Employee Engagement—Guaranteed! In the second half Patricia interviews Mike Ritz, Executive Director of Leadership Rhode Island (LRI). He will discuss how Leadership Rhode Island selects a diverse group of leaders to participate in a program that examines state-wide issues to help them positively effect their communities, and LRI's partnership with Gallup to provide strength based training which has made Rhode Island a leader in this initiative.
