She discusses her latest book, The World of Laura Ingalls Wilder, which tells the tale of the plants and places of the beloved author of the Little House series. Laura Ingalls Wilder’s Little House series are both a coming of age story and a reflection of the pioneer spirit of the time. Considering Wilder’s life and her relationship to the natural world, McDowell illuminates our own relationship to the nature, family, and memory. In the second half Patricia interviews Alex Stephen, life coach, speaker, author, and TV host. He discusses his newest book, 7 Keys To Your Dream Lifestyle. He has faced and overcome many challenges in his life, and because he has turned his tragedies into triumphs, he now draws on his lessons and experiences to help others.
