Mary Rockwood Lane: The Healing Arts

Mary Rockwood Lane, Ph.D. is a professor, nurse, healing artist, painter, and works as a professional Caritas coach. She is the co-author with Michael Samuels, MD of Healing with the Arts; a 12-week program to heal yourself and your community. She will discuss how using art projects- including visual arts, dance, writing, and music- along with spiritual practices and guided imagery, provides the tools to heal physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual ailments.
