She will be talking about what factors led to her seven year wine addiction including family history , and lack of both self esteem and belief in herself. She will also speak about how her family intervention and subsequent trip to the Betty Ford Center gave her the opportunity to start a process which has led to her sobriety for nearly 20 years In the second half Patricia interviews Edward Viljoen, author of Ordinary Goodness. He talks about the simple steps everyone can take to reconnect their lives to their innate sense of kindness, compassion, and goodness.
