Rena Yudkowsky is the founder of Memory Matters, an online course and services site that empowers older adults to improve their memory skills. As founder, Rena's mission with Memory Matters is to equip mid-lifers and beyond with the confidence they need to improve their memory. Rena will share two fantastic memory strategies and empower us with some updated info on what we can do to prevent cognitive decline and stay sharper longer! She uses proven techniques and strategies to help improve some signs of memory loss. Rena conducts memory assessments with her clients and develops useful exercises for them to practice their memory. Some of the services offered at Memory Matters are free 15 minute consultation calls, an online course with exercises to improve memory, a 3 month membership, monthly brain exercise sessions and personalized coaching. She is a geriatric social worker with over 20 years' experience in memory studies.

ABOUT RENA YUDKOWSKY

Rena Yudkowsky is a geriatric social worker with over 20 years of experience and a dedicated memory coach who teaches online memory improvement courses. As a 1:1 memory coach for an international anti-aging clinic, she helps individuals enhance cognitive function and build confidence in their memory skills. An international lecturer on aging topics, Rena is passionate about helping those 50+ age more healthfully. She is on a mission to empower seniors to believe in their own memory with confidence, providing them with the tools and strategies to keep their minds sharp. Beyond her professional work, Rena is a proud mother of four, including twins, and a passionate dancer who brings energy and movement into all aspects of her life. Rena's interest in memory studies began when she was working as the director of an Alzheimer's unit at an assisted living facility. She was fascinated by how memory works (or fails to work) and decided she wanted to advance her career in memory care. Rena has also worked as a facilitator for support groups for older women, as the Director of Development at a senior enrichment program, as a therapist in a Snoezelen room, and as a trainer for dementia caregivers. Currently, She does webinars all over the world for senior groups and organizations on the topics of memory and aging.
