Susan Sparks - Spark in Love

In the first half hour Patricia interviews, Susan Sparks, author of Sparks in Love. Susan Sparks is a twenty year victim and six year survivor of domestic abuse (SODA™). Her reporting has been seen on national network news and her writing has been featured on national media. Susan will discuss her newest book, Sparks in Love, along with sharing some strong ideas of what can and should be done to help women survive leaving abusive relationships. In the second half hour Patricia interviews, Doreen Dodgen-Magee, psychologist, blogger, and author of Deviced: Balancing life and technology in a digital world. She will discuss the importance of boredom and how it benefits us in this day and age of technology. Far from being technology phobic or averse, she works to bring a balanced view of the new realities working to inspire people to become moderate and well informed (not abstinent) in their tech engagement.
