She is the owner and director of Donahue Models & Talent, where she develops and represents models, actors, and creatives across New England. Yemi is also the founder and executive producer of Rhode Island Fashion Week, a platform that highlights emerging designers and celebrates creativity, diversity, and innovation in fashion. A dedicated community advocate, Yemi actively volunteers her time mentoring young creatives, supporting local nonprofits, and contributing to arts and cultural initiatives throughout Rhode Island.
