As vegan leaders were brainstorming with ranchers and farmers about how to transition out of sending animals to slaughter, a leading meat company was making headlines for all the wrong reasons. A lawsuit alleges Tyson slaughterhouse managers were placing money bets on how many of their workers would come down with COVID.
