#BreakingNews: The world’s first vegan hospital says it’s tackling one of the biggest problems in the health industry that few are talking about: feeding artery-clogging meat and dairy to patients who are ill and hospitalized. This is all happening in Beirut, Lebanon. Hayek Hospital is a family-owned private medical facility that switched out its menu in March of 2021 to 100% plant-based options.
