Jane interviews the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Plant Power Fast Food, California's answer to McDonalds. This vegan fast food chain has three locations, in San Diego, Encinitas and Redlands and is coming soon to Long Beach! Their food is fast but it's darn good. And, it's cholesterol free and healthier than regular fast food fare. Company executive Jeff Harris talks to Jane Velez-Mitchell about trends. The Economist has called 2019: the year of the vegan!
