February has arrived! Our theme for the month is on relationships - relationships with our heart partners, our parents, children, work colleagues, mentors, coaches and most importantly ourselves. Our relationship with ourselves helps define our growth and discovery. Getting clarity on which direction and road map we desire for ourselves requires a process in understanding what makes us - our foundations and that includes understanding our past.
