Megan Magee is a Registered Nutrition and Dietetic Tech, Certified Mind-Body Eating Coach, and owner of Nourish Nutrition Consulting. Megan has been practicing nutrition for 20 years. After going through cancer treatment in 2013, Megan shifted her practice to focus on auto-immune conditions and chronic health changes including diabetes,digestive complaints, and hormone balance including menopause. Megan is passionate about bridging the gap between a health change or diagnosis and reaching optimal health. By bridging biology/ physiology with psychology, Megan is best able to support her clients in getting to the root of their health challenges with individualized and sustainable solutions.In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her greyhound and getting outside hiking and skiing.
