Just discovered your voice on another podcast, immensely helpful for all consumers of the American healthcare industry, even/especially as a physician! This, in addition to many other skills need to be taught to all physicians in training. If anyone has a medical debt, s/he needs to listen to this! Hopeful voice in this broken system.
